Meet The Team At Four Hills
Our staff exists to serve, shepherd, and equip the church as we teach the Word, invest in others, and live on mission together.

Stacy Stafford
Lead Pastor
Pastor Stacy was born and raised in Holmes County, where he and his wife, Ann, have deep roots. He surrendered his life to Christ in his 20s while serving as a teacher and coach, and soon after, the Lord called him into ministry.
He has faithfully served in pastoral ministry for over 26 years and holds degrees from The Baptist College of Florida, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Expository Preaching.
Pastor Stacy has a deep passion for preaching God’s Word, shepherding the church, and seeing churches planted for the glory of God. He and Ann have two grown children, Seth and Lacy, and love spending time with their grandchildren, Riley and Bryer.
In his free time, Stacy enjoys reading, learning, and cheering on Florida State football, Kentucky basketball, and the Los Angeles Dodgers — while Ann proudly says, “Roll Tide!”
Cliff Myers
Associate Pastor
Cliff is originally from Panama City, Florida, where he met his wife, Myra. He is a contractor by trade and earned his degree from the University of South Florida.
Early in his career, while driving in his truck, Cliff pulled over to the side of the road and surrendered his life to the Lord. Since then, he has carried a deep passion for lifestyle evangelism and teaching God’s Word. Cliff desires to see people come to know Christ and grow in their faith through faithful, everyday obedience.
Cliff loves spending time with his wife, Myra, their sons, Clifford and Mack, and their daughter, Vivian. He also has two grandchildren, with one more on the way, who live on the mission field.
In his spare time, Cliff enjoys watching the Florida Gators and working on his farm.

Jack Moore
Worship Leader
Jack serves as the Worship Pastor at Four Hills, helping lead the church in songs that point hearts back to Christ. He connects deeply with Shane Barnard’s reminder that the role of a worship leader is to lead people in songs that help them remember the One who has brought them into the presence of God.
Jack has lived in Bonifay his entire life and is passionate about seeing the Gospel spread throughout this community. He began playing guitar as a young teenager in his church youth group, where he met his high school sweetheart, Sandy. They have been married since 2013 and have three children: Jackson, Lydia, and Susannah.
Jack and Sandy serve faithfully alongside one another in ministry. In his free time, Jack enjoys playing guitar, hunting, and fishing.
Dane Caldwell
Missions Pastor
Dane is originally from the great state of Georgia. A graduate of Georgia Tech University, he earned his engineering degree, which eventually led him to a career in the Florida Panhandle.
Over time, it became clear that God was calling Dane to missions. For more than a decade, Dane and his wife, Cheryl, have faithfully labored to take the Gospel to the unreached Quilombolas in the jungles of Brazil. Their heart is to see people who have never heard the name of Jesus come to know Him and follow Him.
Dane loves spending time with his wonderful wife, Cheryl, their three adult children, and their four grandchildren.
In his spare time, Dane enjoys cheering on his beloved Georgia Bulldogs.

John Wilson
Associate Pastor
John serves as the Discipleship Pastor at Four Hills, helping equip believers to grow in their faith and live on mission. His heart is to see disciples made, strengthened, and sent out to make more disciples.
Outside of ministry, John is a dentist in Bonifay and earned his DMD from the University of Florida in 2007. He and his wife, Sarah, have three daughters: Anne, Kate, and Evelyn.
John has a deep passion for serving the local church wherever needed because he desires to see Jesus made known, both in the community and among the nations. His goal is simple and powerful: to make disciples who make disciples who make disciples.
John enjoys reading, watching movies, and anything connected to the Florida Gators.
Tyler Ard
Student Pastor
Tyler and Courtney have been married since 2018 and have three boys: Judah, Levi, and Silas. They recently moved from Callahan, Florida, to Holmes County as Tyler pursues his Master of Divinity at The Baptist University of Florida.
Tyler and Courtney are excited to be back in ministry, especially serving students and families. With a strong background in student ministry, their heart is to build meaningful relationships, disciple the next generation, and point students to Jesus.
They are grateful to be part of The Church at Four Hills and look forward to serving alongside the church family.

Sarah Wilson
Four Hills Kids Director
Sarah has a deep passion for teaching children the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Her desire is for Grace Kids to be the best hour of every child’s week — a place where kids feel loved, safe, and excited to learn about Jesus.
Sarah has been married to Pastor John since 2007, and together they have three beautiful daughters: Anne, Kate, and Evelyn. She is a homeschool mom and is also involved as a tutor with the Classical Conversations Homeschool Program in Chipley.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
